探讨了血浊证的辨证与治疗方法。陈述血浊证的基本表现,并将其分为气滞血浊、热毒血浊、寒客血浊、痰湿血浊、正虚血浊等证候;提出行气化浊、清热化浊、散寒化浊、祛痰化浊、补虚化浊等治疗方法和治疗血浊证的基本方剂化浊行血汤,列举了化浊系列方剂。

To discuss differentiation of symptoms and signs and therapeutic methods of the syndrome of turbid blood.The basic manifestations of the syndrome were stated and the different types of it were described,such as stagnation of Qi and turbid blood,heat-toxicity and turbid blood,cold evil and turbid blood,phlegm-dampness and turbid blood,asthenia of healthy energy and turbid blood,and so on.Decoction for purifying turbid blood and promoting blood circulation was put forward as the fundamental prescription to treat the disease.The corresponding therapeutic methods of different types of this syndrome were indicated too,such as promoting the flow of Qi to purify turbid blood,clearing away heat to purify turbid blood,dispelling pathogenic cold to purify turbid blood,resolving phlegm to purify turbid blood and tonifying deficiency to purify turbid blood,etc.Furthermore,the author listed series of prescriptions for purifying turbid blood which were drawn up by himself.
