总结张志远教授治疗痹病的经验。张老以《黄帝内经》《金匮要略》等经典为基，在传统风、寒、湿、热致痹的基础上提出了“阴虚痹”“营卫不和致痹”“玄府细络郁阻致痹”等新的病机学说，总结了滋阴除痹、行玄通络、调和营卫、发汗蠲痹、清热利湿、温阳除痹特色治法，积累了“生地黄滋阴除痹”“黄芪发汗消痹”“石膏清热蠲痹”“独活、蜂房、大黄通络行玄治痹”等特色用药经验。

This article summarizes Professor ZHANG Zhiyuan's experience in treating arthralgia syndrome. Based on the classics such as The Yellow Emperor's Canon of Internal Medicine and Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,Master ZHANG proposes new pathogenesis theories such as “yin deficiency arthralgia”,“arthralgia caused by disharmony of ying and wei”,and “arthralgia caused by obstruction of the fine collaterals in Xuanfu” on the basis of the traditional theory of arthralgia caused by wind,cold,dampness and heat. He summarizes the characteristic therapeutic methods of nourishing yin to relieve arthralgia,promoting the circulation of qi and unblocking collaterals,harmonizing ying and wei,inducing sweating to relieve arthralgia,clearing heat and promoting diuresis,and warming yang to relieve arthralgia and accumulates distinctive medicinal experience such as “Shengdihuang(Rehmannia Raw) nourishing yin and relieving arthralgia”,“Huangqi(Astragalus Membranaceus) inducing sweating and relieving arthralgia”,“Shigao(Gypsum Fibrosum) clearing heat and relieving arthralgia”,and “Duhuo(Angelicae Pubescentis Radix),Fengfang(Vespae Nidus) and Dahuang(Rhei Radix ET Rhizoma) unblocking collaterals and promoting the circulation of qi to treat arthralgia”.
