分析在口服多巴丝肼片基础上加用中药风引汤和西药恩他卡朋治疗的丘脑梗死后Holmes震颤(HT)有效病案一则,并结合相关报道探讨左旋多巴治疗HT疗效各异的原因。认为对于应用多巴丝肼片治疗有效、但有效期较短的HT患者,加用恩他卡朋可延长多巴丝肼片药效;同时,中药风引汤对肝肾阴虚、风痰瘀阻型HT患者有育阴潜阳、平肝息风之功,中西医结合治疗HT疗效较好。
