目的:考察解酒护肝口服液对小鼠醉酒模型的解酒作用及其保护机制。方法:按15 mL/kg体质量56度红星二锅头酒一次性灌胃法建立小鼠醉酒模型,采用解酒护肝口服液高、中、低三种剂量进行灌胃干预,以翻正反应消失时间、翻正反应消失持续时间、醉酒率作为考察指标。结果:与模型组(安慰组)比较,口服液高、中、低剂量给药组可显著延长小鼠翻正反应消失时间(耐受时间)(P<0.01),缩短翻正反应消失持续时间(醒酒时间)(P<0.05或P<0.01),且明显减少小鼠出现醉酒的数量即降低醉酒率(P<0.05)。结论:解酒护肝口服液饮酒前给药可显著降延长醉酒耐受时间,缩短醒酒时间,降低醉酒率,具有显著的解酒促醒作用。

Objective:To investigate the anti-temulence effects and mechanism of the liver-protective oral solution(LPOS) on temulence mice. Methods:Alcoholism mice model were established by single gavage using Erguotou(56%,Chinese white liquor) 15 mL/kg. Then high,moderate and low dosages of LPOS were given to above formed intoxicated mice to investigate its anti-temulence effect,using the duration time of righting re flex(endurance time to alcohol),the disappear time of righting reflex(anti temulence time) and intoxicated rate as index. Results:Compared with control group,the duration time of righting reflex in treatment groups was significantly prolong(P<0.01),while its disappear time of righting reflex and mice's intoxicated rate were significantly decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion:The LPOS has the function of anti temulence for intoxicated mice.
