对吴有性治疗瘟疫的方法进行了简要归纳,即温疫初起,邪在膜原,治宜疏利透达;若表里分传而致,既见三阳经证又见里证,则需表里分消;疫邪溃出膜原,向表传变,宜用汗法;疫邪溃出膜原,内传入胃,则宜用吐下法;而温病后期则需扶正养阴。
