“一气周流”是指人体之气的运转以中焦脾土为枢纽,脾胃之气升降斡旋,肝、心之气随之左升,肺、肾之气随之右降,如此形成一个完整的如环无端的循环。脾虚土壅,气血津液输布失常致痰湿内生是2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并肥胖的重要病机。腹部推拿能通腹经,健脾胃以复中土;调腹脏,助运化以畅气机;祛腹浊,除痰湿以通郁滞。因此,腹部推拿有利于恢复人体“一气周流”,可用于治疗脾虚痰湿型T2DM合并肥胖。
Abstract:The term “circular flow of qi” refers to the flow of the qi in the human body with the spleen(earth) in the middle Jiao as the pivot,the qi of the spleen and stomach rising and falling,and then the qi of the liver and heart following it to rise in the left,while the qi of the lungs and kidneys following it to fall in the right,thus forming a complete cycle like a ring. Spleen deficiency and earth stagnation which resulting in abnormality in transmission and distribution of qi,blood and body fluid and then causing internal generation of phlegm and dampness is an important pathogenesis of obese type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Abdominal massage has the following effects:dredging abdominal meridians,strengthening the spleen and stomach to restore the middle earth;regulating the abdominal viscera,benefiting transportation to smooth the qi movement;dispelling abdominal turbidity,removing phlegm-dampness to relieve the stagnation.Therefore,abdominal massage can help to restore the “circular flow of qi” in the human body and can be used to treat obese T2DM with spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness syndrome.
