目的:观察督灸联合三伏天穴位贴敷法治疗变应性鼻炎(AR)与单纯穴位贴敷法治疗AR的疗效差异。方法:将62例诊断为AR的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组31例,观察组采用督灸联合三伏天穴位贴敷的治疗方法,对照组仅采用三伏天穴位贴敷治疗,通过对两组患者治疗前后和随访期的症状、体征积分及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分进行比较,评价两种方法治疗AR的疗效差异。结果:治疗结束时,观察组总有效率为93.55%,对照组总有效率为74.19%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗结束3个月、半年后随访时观察组的总有效率为80.65%和74.19%,对照组的总有效率为45.16%和38.71%,两组随访期疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗结束及随访时观察组症状、体征积分及VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后及各随访期的症状、体征积分及VAS评分较本组治疗前均降低(P<0.01);对照组症状、体征积分及VAS评分治疗后低于本组治疗前(P<0.01),而随访期又有回升趋势,症状积分治疗后3个月即回升至治疗前水平,体征积分治疗后半年回升至治疗前水平,VAS评分治疗前后及随访期差异虽仍有统计学意义(P<0.01),但数据有所上升。结论:督灸联合三伏天穴位贴敷治疗AR的近远期临床效果均优于单纯穴位贴敷法治疗。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Du-moxibustion combined with acupoint application in dog days in the treatment of allergic rhinitis(AR) and point application alone in the treatment of AR.Methods:Sixty two patients diagnosed with AR were randomly divided into observation group and control group,31 patients in each group. The observation group was treated with Du-moxibustion combined with acupoint application in dog days,and the control group was treated with acupoint application in dog days.Symptom,sign scores,and visual analog scale(VAS)scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment and during the follow-up period to evaluate the difference in efficacy between the two methods. Results:At the end of treatment,the total efficacy in the observation group was 93.55%,and in the control group was 74.19%,with statistically significant difference between two groups(P<0.05). In the follow-up period,3 months and half a year after treatment,the total efficacy of the observation group was 80.65% and 74.19%,respectively,while the total efficacy of the control group were 45.16% and 38.71%,respectively,with statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01). At the end of treatment and during the follow-up,in the observation group symptom,sign scores and VAS scores were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The symptom,signs scores and VAS scores in the observation group after treatment and during the follow-up were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01);in the control group,the symptom,signs and VAS scores after treatment were lower than before treatment(P<0.01),but there was a tendency of recurrence during the follow-up period,for the symptom scores returned to the pre-treatment level after 3 months of treatment,and the sign scores returned after 6 months of treatment. There was still statistical difference on VAS scores between before treatment and after treatment and during the follow-up(P<0.01),but there was a significant increase of VAS scores. Conclusion:The short-term and long-term clinical effects of Du-moxibustion combined with acupoint application in dog days are better than those of acupoint application in dog days alone.
