基于血浊理论探讨有氧运动改善动脉粥样硬化的机制

摘要:

动脉粥样硬化是心脑血管系统疾病的重要病理基础,与氧化应激、脂质代谢异常及慢性炎症反应等发病机制有关。有规律的有氧运动可以延缓动脉粥样硬化的进程,预防心脑血管疾病,提高心肺功能。心脏泵血能力提高,可增加体内氧气供应,从而提高血液质量;呼吸功能提高,吸入胸中之宗气驱动血液循环,改善因血浊导致的血流不畅,可见有氧运动对于改善血浊状态具有重要的临床意义。因此,本文基于血浊理论,探讨有氧运动改善动脉粥样硬化的中医学机制,以期进一步拓展血浊理论的内涵与外延,也为延缓动脉粥样硬化治疗提供新的思路。

Abstract:

Atherosclerosis(AS),an important pathological basis of many arteriosclerosis cerebrovascular disease,is associated with pathological mechanisms such as oxidative stress,abnormal lipid metabolism,and chronic inflammatory responses. Regular aerobic exercise can prevent cerebrovascular disease and improve heart and lung function. The improvement of the heart's ability to pump blood can increase the oxygen supply in the body,thereby improving the quality of blood. The improvement of respiratory function could help the inhaled chest qi to drive blood circulation,and to relieve the unsmooth blood circulation due to blood turbidity. It is obvious that aerobic exercise has important clinical significance in relieving blood turbidity. Therefore,according to the theory of blood turbidity,this paper explored the mechanism of aerobic exercise in improving arteriosclerosis from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to extend the connotation and denotation of blood turbidity theory,and also to provide new ideas for the treatment of delayed arteriosclerosis.
