目的:观察天蝎散Ⅰ号方治疗缺血性中风恢复期的临床疗效。方法:64例缺血性中风恢复期患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各32例。对照组给予常规西药治疗加脑心通胶囊口服;治疗组给予常规西药治疗加天蝎散Ⅰ号方口服,治疗前后进行神经功能缺损程度评价。结果:两组临床疗效比较,治疗组总有效率(93.75%)优于对照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后两组血脂检测结果提示治疗组在改善血脂方面优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前后两组血液流变学的变化,提示治疗组在改善血液流变学方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后双侧颈动脉内膜-中层厚度及内膜斑块消退比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:天蝎散Ⅰ号方治疗缺血性中风恢复期的疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Tianxie Powder No.1 in the treatment of ischemic stroke in convalescence. Methods:64 patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 32 cases in each group. The control group was given routine western medicine combined with Naoxintong capsule orally,while the treatment group was given routine western medicine combined with Tianxie Powder No.1 orally. Before and after treatment,the degree of neurological deficit were evaluated and the curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%,which is better than that of the control group(75.00%),with statistical significance(P<0.05). The comparison of blood lipid analysis indicators before and after treatment indicated that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving blood lipid(P<0.05). The changes of blood rheology in the two groups before and after treatment indicated that the treatment group was improving(P<0.05). The intima-media thickness of bilateral carotid artery and the regression of intima-media plaque before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. There were significant differences in intima-media thickness and intima-media plaque between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Tianxie Powder No.1 is effective in the treatment of ischemic stroke in convalescence.
