目的：观察苓甘五味姜辛汤合止嗽散治疗青年寒饮蕴肺型慢性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法：选取寒饮蕴肺型慢性咳嗽青年患者86例，按随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组各43例。治疗组采用苓甘五味姜辛汤合止嗽散治疗，对照组采用西医常规治疗，两组均治疗1个月。比较两组临床疗效、症状评分、不良反应发生率及1年复发率。结果：治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为90.70%、72.09%，两组临床疗效比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组治疗后咳嗽、痰量、神疲乏力、胸闷气促评分较治疗前均降低，且治疗组上述各项症状评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗组不良反应发生率和1年复发率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：与常规西医治疗相比，苓甘五味姜辛汤合止嗽散治疗青年寒饮蕴肺型慢性咳嗽疗效较好，改善症状效果较明显，不良反应发生率及复发率较低。

Objective:To study the clinical curative efficacy of Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin Decoction（苓甘五味姜辛汤） combined with Zhisou Powder（止嗽散） in the treatment of young patients with chronic cough with syndrome of cold fluid retention in lung. Methods:A total of 86 young patients with chronic cough with syndrome of cold fluid retention in lung were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin Decoction combined with Zhisou Powder,while the control group was treated with conventional western medicine. Both the two groups were treated for 1 month. The clinical curative efficacy,symptom scores,incidence of adverse reactions,and one-year recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.70% and that of the control group was 72.09%. The difference of clinical curative efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment,in both the two groups,the symptom scores of cough,sputum amount,mental fatigue and lack of strength,and chest tightness and shortness of breath were lower than those before treatment,and the above scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions and one-year recurrence rate of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions:Compared with conventional western medicine,Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin Decoction combined with Zhisou Powder has better curative efficacy in treating young patients with chronic cough with syndrome of cold fluid retention in lung. It is more effective in relieving symptoms,and can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate.
