目的:通过文献计量学及可视化技术分析中医药治疗退行性腰椎滑脱的研究现状,预测其发展趋势。方法:以中国知网(CNKI)的数据为检索对象,运用VOS viewer、CiteSpace V绘制文献研究图谱,进行共现分析及合著分析等可视化转化。结果:筛选得到符合本研究的文献227篇,发文量总体呈上升趋势。发文集中区域多为经济发达地区及中医历史较久远的地区,研究者合作较少,区域合作密度也处于较低水平。文献刊载多分布于专业性较强的中医类期刊,文章中关于手法的研究占比较高,是该领域的一个研究热点。结论:加强研究者及区域性合作,对推动中医药事业的发展有重要作用;中医药针对退行性腰椎滑脱的治疗虽有较好的临床效果,但治疗方式多样,缺乏规范的诊疗标准及诊疗思路,将多种治疗方式联合应用,逐渐形成一个科学的体系可更好地指导临床治疗。

Objective:To analyze the research status of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) treating degenerative spondylolisthesis by bibliometric and visualization techniques,and to predict its development trend. Methods:The data from CNKI were used as the retrieval object,VOSviewer and CiteSpace V were used to draw the literature research map,and the visual transformations such as co-occurrence analysis and co-author analysis was carried out. Results:Finally,227 research papers were included,and the number of published papers showed an overall upward trend. Most of the regions where publications were of large numbers were economically developed regions and have a long history of TCM. Researcher cooperation was less and the density of regional cooperation was also at a low level. Most of the papers were published in professional TCM journals,and the research on techniques occupied a large proportion,which was a research focus inthis field. Conclusions :Strengthening researcher cooperation and regional cooperation and played an important role in promoting the development of TCM. Although TCM has a good clinical effect in the treatment of degenerative spondylolisthesis,there are various treatment methods and is a lack of standard diagnosis and treatment standards andideas. The combined application of various treatment methods gradually could form a scientific system to better guide clinical treatment.
