基于中医络病理论探讨哮喘小气道病变的特点，认为哮喘小气道病变与肺络病变在病变范围、病程发展及临床症状、病机方面具有相关性，痰瘀阻络是哮喘小气道病变的关键环节，贯穿疾病发展始终，是导致哮喘反复发作的病机关键，瘀血、痰邪与小气道炎症、气道重塑密切相关，临床运用祛瘀化痰通络法可以有效治疗哮喘患者小气道病变。

Characteristics of small airway disease in asthma is discussed based on collateral disease theory of traditional Chinese medicine. It is considered that there is a correlation between small airway disease in asthma and lung collateral disease in terms of lesion scope,course of disease,clinical symptoms and pathogenesis. Phlegm and blood stasis obstructing collaterals is the key link during the process of small airway disease in asthma,which runs through the development of the disease,and it is the key to the pathogenesis of repeated attacks of asthma. Blood stasis and phlegm pathogen are closely related to small airway inflammation and remodeling. In clinical treatment of small airway disease in patients with asthma,the method of removing blood stasis,resolving phlegm and dredging collaterals could be effective.
