目的：分析临床上针刺蝶腭神经节结合三伏贴治疗肺气虚寒型小儿变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法：选取69例肺气虚寒型小儿变应性鼻炎患者，按随机数字表法分为观察组35例与对照组34例，对照组患儿口服氯雷他定（开瑞坦）片剂，急性发作期加用布地奈德悬浮液，观察组在对照组基础上接受针刺蝶腭神经节结合三伏贴治疗，治疗前后评价测定患儿鼻炎症状量表（TNSS）分数和鼻炎伴随症状量表（TNNSS）分数、血清总免疫球蛋白E(IgE)含量、鼻结膜炎相关生活质量问卷（RQLQ）评分，分析两组患者治疗效果。结果：治疗4周后，观察组患者TNSS量表和TNNSS量表评分、血清总IgE含量、RQLQ评分显著低于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患儿总有效率88.57%，对照组67.65%，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：针刺蝶腭神经节结合三伏贴可以显著缓解肺气虚寒型小儿变应性鼻炎患者症状，同时提高患儿生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the efficacy of acupuncture on sphenopalatine ganglion combined with dog days acupoint paste on pediatric allergic rhinitis of deficiency-cold of lung qi type. Methods:A total of 69 patients with pediatric allergic rhinitis of deficiency-cold of lung qi type were included and divided into the observation group(35 cases) and the control group(34 cases) according to the random number table method.The control group received loratadine tablets orally,and budesonide suspension was administered during acute attack,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture on sphenopalatine ganglion combined with dog days acupoint paste based on the treatment in the control group. The two groups were evaluated with total nasal symptom score( TNSS) and total nonnasal symptom score( TNNSS), serum level of immunoglobulin E(IgE),rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire(RQLQ) score,to compare the efficacy between both groups. Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,TNSS score and TNNSS score,serum level of IgE and RQLQ score of the observation group decreased more significantly than those of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05). The total efficacy rate in the observation group was 88.57% while that in the control group was 67.65%,with statistical difference between both groups(P <0.05). Conclusions :In the treatment of pediatric allergic rhinitis of deficiency-cold of lung qi type,acupuncture on sphenopalatine ganglion combined with dog days acupoint paste can significantly relieve the symptoms and improve the quality of life.
