目的：观察特定电磁波谱（TDP）穴位照射对腰椎术后伤口疼痛情况及腰椎功能的影响。方法：将60例行腰椎手术治疗的腰椎管狭窄症患者以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各30例，对照组以氟比洛芬酯治疗，观察组在此基础上行TDP照射夹脊穴治疗。比较两组患者术后第1天、第3天、第7天及3个月、6个月随访时的视觉模拟评分法（VAS）得分，评估疗效；比较两组术后第3天、第7天的C反应蛋白（CRP）水平，以及术后3个月、6个月随访时的Oswestry功能障碍指数（ODI）得分。结果：术后第3天、第7天、3个月时观察组VAS评分均低于对照组（P<0.05）；术后第3天、第7天观察组CRP水平均低于对照组（P<0.05）；术后3个月时观察组ODI评分低于对照组（P<0.05）,6个月时两组差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；观察组治疗总有效率96.67%，对照组76.67%，观察组疗效优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：TDP穴位照射能有效减轻腰椎术后疼痛，促进炎症吸收，加快腰椎功能恢复。
Abstract：Objective:To observe the effect of thermal design power(TDP) acupoint irradiation on postoperative lumbar spine wound pain and lumbar spine function. Methods:Sixty patients with lumbar spinal stenosis who underwent lumbar spine surgery were divided into observation group and control group using a random number table,30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with flurbiprofen ester,and the observation group were further treated with TDP irradiation on jia ji points. Visual analogue scale(VAS) scores on the 1st,3rd and 7th day,3 and 6months after operation were compared between the two groups to evaluate the efficacy. Levels of C-reactive protein(CRP) were compared between the two groups on the 3rd and 7th day after operation,and the Oswestry disability index(ODI) scores were compared between the two groups 3 and 6 months after operation. Results:The 3rd and 7th day and 3 months after operation,VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The 3rd and 7th day after operation,CRP levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Three months after operation,ODI scores in the observation group was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),but 6 months after operation,ODI scores showed no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.67%,and in the control group was 76.67%. Therefore,the efficacy in the observation group was better than that in the control group. Conclusion:TDP acupoint irradiation has the effect of reducing postoperative lumbar spine pain,promoting inflammation absorption and accelerating lumbar spine function recovery.
