目的：观察清幽2号方联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌（Hp）相关慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法：采用随机数字表法，将90例Hp阳性慢性胃炎脾胃湿热证患者分为对照组和联合组各45例。对照组予常规四联药物口服治疗2周，联合组予常规四联药物联合清幽2号方口服治疗，两组四联药物用法、用量及疗程均一致，清幽2号方口服6周，即在停用四联药物后继服中药汤剂4周。观察两组治疗前后中医证候积分、Hp根除率、病变黏膜分级疗效、血清炎症因子水平、安全性及停药半年后Hp复发率。结果：治疗后，联合组中医证候积分、Hp根除率、病变黏膜分级疗效、血清炎症因子水平、停药半年后Hp复发情况均优于对照组（P<0.05）。对照组和联合组的不良反应发生率分别为4.44%、0.00%，两组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：清幽2号方联合四联疗法治疗Hp相关慢性胃炎疗效确切，能修复受损黏膜、改善患者临床症状、提高Hp根除率、降低血清炎症因子水平等，且安全性较高。

Objective :To explore the clinical efficacy of Qingyou No.2 Formula （ 清 幽 2 号 方 ） combined with quadruple therapy in treatment of helicobacter pylori(Hp) related chronic gastritis. Methods:A total of90 cases of Hp positive chronic gastritis with spleen stomach damp heat syndrome were randomly divided into the control group and the combined group,with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional quadruple bactericide for 2 weeks,and the combined group was treated with the traditional quadruple bactericide combined with Qingyou No.2 Formula. The usage,dosage and course of treatment of the two groups were the same. Qingyou No.2 Formula was taken orally for6 weeks,that is,after stopping the use of the quadruple bactericide,the formula was taken for 4 weeks. Before and after treatment,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) symptom score,Hp eradication rate,curative effect of pathological mucosa grading,serum inflammatory factor level,safety and Hp recurrence rate after half a year of drug withdrawal were observed.Results:After treatment,the TCM symptom score,Hp eradication rate,pathological mucosal grading effect,serum inflammatory factor level and Hp recurrence after half a year of drug withdrawal in the combined group were better than those in the control group(P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group and the combined group were 4.44% and 0.00%,the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusions:Qingyou No.2 Formula combined with quadruple therapy is effective in the treatment of Hp related chronic gastritis. It can repair the damaged mucosa,improve the clinical symptoms,promote the eradication rate of Hp,and reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,etc.,and it is with higher safety.
