头面部皮肤病种类众多，从中医生理特点来看，头面为诸阳之会，阳明经分布广泛，面部的荣枯取决于阳经特别是阳明经脉气血的盛衰。阳明热盛是头面部皮肤病的常见中医证型，且在本质上与肺胃热盛相一致。玉女煎功可清阳明热盛、滋少阴水亏，临床加减后可应用于头面部皮肤病的治疗。本文列举了3例玉女煎加减治疗头面部皮肤病的验案，分别为痤疮、面部接触性皮炎、玫瑰痤疮，临床辨治过程中，以清阳明热盛为主，兼顾滋阴、活血、利湿、清肝等，疗效显著。

There are numerous types of skin diseases on the head and face. From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine's physiological characteristics,the head and face are the convergence points of all yang qi,and the Yangming meridian is widely distributed. The vitality of the face depends on the prosperity and decline of the qi and blood in the yang meridians,especially the Yangming meridian. Excessive heat in the Yangming meridian is a common traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome type of head and facial skin diseases,and it is essentially consistent with excessive heat in the lung and stomach. Yunü Decoction（玉女煎） can clear excessive heat in the Yangming meridian and nourish the deficiency of water in the Shaoyin meridian. After clinical modification,it can be applied to the treatment of head and facial skin diseases. This article presents three test cases of Modified Yunü Decoction in the treatment of head and facial skin diseases,including acne,facial contact dermatitis,and rosacea. During the clinical diagnosis and treatment process,the main approach is to clear excessive heat in the Yangming meridian,while also taking into account nourishing yin,promoting blood circulation,eliminating dampness,and clearing the liver,which achieves remarkable therapeutic effects.
