论述了李东垣所述阴火的病因病机及其治法特点。认为饮食、劳役、七情因素导致脾气虚弱,清阳下陷,变为湿浊而郁遏下焦,湿浊引动相火,导致阴火上冲。脾胃气虚为本,阴火冲扰上、中、下三焦为标。阴火上扰胃脘、心、肺、体表肌腠等部位,演化为相应部位本虚标实的火热邪气而损伤元气。治疗以甘温益气、升阳治本为主,兼滋阴降火,佐用清热利湿之法。

To discuss the cause,pathogensis and therapy of "Yin fire" theory of LI Dong-yuan,it is thinked that irregularity of diet,imbalance between work and rest,seven emotions factors led to deficiency of spleen-Qi,lucid Yang collapse.And damp pathogen stagnatling lower-energizer with ministerial fire caused Yin fire raising.So deficiency of spleen-Qi and stomach is the fundamental aspect,and disturbance of upper,middle,lower energizer by Yin fire is the incidental aspect.Yin fire disturb the stomach,heart,lung and skin surface,resulting in deficiency of internal impairment and damage of original Qi.It is focused on treatment of tonifying Qi with drugs sweet and warm,elevating Yang and reinforcing stomach,nourishing Yin to reduce pathogenic fire,clearing away heat and eliminating dampness.
