目的:探究口肌五穴促音法与言语训练相结合治疗功能性构音障碍(FAD)患儿的临床疗效。方法:纳入57例FAD患儿,按照随机数字表法分为观察组28例和对照组29例。对照组患儿接受常规康复护理及言语训练,观察组患儿在对照组治疗的基础上联合应用口肌五穴促音法治疗,两组患儿均接受12周治疗。分别于治疗前和治疗后对两组患儿的构音清晰度、声母发音正确个数以及口部运动功能进行比较。并对两组临床疗效进行比较。结果:治疗后,两组患儿构音清晰度、声母发音正确个数均较治疗前提升(P<0.01),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿下颌、唇、舌部运动功能评分均较治疗前提升(P<0.01),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组治疗总有效率为100%,高于对照组的86.21%,观察组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口肌五穴促音法结合言语训练可以有效提升患儿构音基本能力和口部运动功能,改善构音障碍,且较常规治疗显示出更优的疗效。
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of combining the five-acupoint oral muscle stimulation method with speech training in the treatment of children with functional articulation disorder(FAD). Methods:A total of 57 children with FAD were included and randomly divided into an observation group(28 cases) and a control group(29 cases) by using a random number table. The children in the control group received conventional rehabilitation care and speech training,while the children in the observation group were treated with five-acupoint oral muscle stimulation method on the basis of the treatment in the control group. Both groups of children received 12 weeks of treatment. The articulation clarity,the number of correct pronunciation of initial consonants,the oral motor function of the two groups of children were compared before and after treatment respectively. And the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results:After treatment,the articulation clarity and the number of correct pronunciation of initial consonants in both groups of children were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the motor function scores of the mandible,lip,and tongue in both groups of children were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.01). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 100%,which was higher than 86.21% in the control group. The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Five-acupoint oral muscle stimulation method combined with speech training can effectively enhance the basic articulation ability and oral motor function of children,alleviate articulation disorders,and demonstrate better therapeutic effects compared with conventional treatment.
