目的 :研究肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿的中医体质类型,为中医药治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎提供临床依据。方法 :通过对200例符合小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎诊断标准的患儿进行《小儿中医体质及健康状况自填式问卷》(家长填)调查,结合临床症状及舌脉,总结并分析患儿的体质类型。结果:200例患儿中平和质21例(10.5%)、偏颇体质179例(89.5%),其中单纯偏颇体质73例(36.5%),兼夹偏颇体质106例(53.0%),单纯偏颇体质及兼夹偏颇体质中实热质均最多,比例为58.0%,其次为气虚质,占45.5%,其后依次为阴虚质、痰湿质及特禀质。结论 :肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿体质表现为虚实夹杂,以实热质及气虚质为主。

Objective:By studying the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) constitution types of children with mesenteric lymphadenitis,to provide a clinical basis of TCM treatment and guide the diet and nursing for them. Methods:There were 200 qualified children with mesenteric lymphadenitis given TCM Pediatric Constitution and Health Status Questionnaire,which was answered by the parents,and according to the clinical symptoms,tongue and pulse,TCM body constitutions of the 200 children were analyzed. Results:Among the200 children with mesenteric lymphadenitis,21 were of balanced type(10.5%),179 were of unbalanced types(89.5%),in which 73 were of single constitution type(36.5%),and 106 were of mixed constitution type(53%). Excessive heat type was the most common in the single constitution type and mixed constitution type,accounting for 58%;and the second most common was qi deficiency type,accounting for 45.5%;the following were yin deficiency type,phlegm dampness type and special diathesis. Conclusion:The main TCM constitutions in children with mesenteric lymphadenitis are excessive heat type and Qi deficiency type,manifesting as miexed deficiency and excess.
