《血证论》所述瘀血致病机制主要是阻碍生化之机、扰乱脏腑、瘀化痰水、伤及新血 ,甚至成为诸病之根。因此 ,《血证论》不但长于治疗血证 ,而且善于治疗瘀血。其治瘀之大法是 :逐瘀外出 ,用药推崇大黄与花蕊石 ;治瘀重视行气 ;根据瘀阻部位用药有温凉之别 ;瘀血未尽者慎用补法。灵活应用祛瘀法治疗各科病证
