刘瑞芬教授认为瘀血阻滞、胞脉阻塞为输卵管阻塞性不孕的核心病机，提出外感湿热寒邪为其起始病因，虚实夹杂为必然结局，强调局部辨病与整体辨证相结合，常用中药内服与保留灌肠相结合为主的中医综合治疗方案，必要时配合西医手术治疗。治疗以活血化瘀、行气通络、补肾培元为基本原则，创立祛瘀种子汤口服及参连灌肠方保留灌肠治疗本病，临床善于随证加减，同时注重情志疗法，内外合治，祛邪扶正，临床疗效显著。附验案1则。

She emphasizes the combination of local disease differentiation and overall syndrome differentiation,and frequently applies a combination of traditional Chinese medicine oral administration and retention enema as the main comprehensive treatment plan,which is combined with western surgical treatment if it is necessary. The treatment is based on the basic principles of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,activating qi circulation and clearing collaterals,tonifying kidney and cultivating the essence. The oral administration of Quyu Zhongzi Decoction（祛 瘀 种 子 汤） and Shenlian Guanchang Formula（参 连 灌 肠 方） retention enema treatment are established to treat this disease and she is good at adjusting according to the syndrome clinically. At the same time,attention is paid to emotional therapy,internal and external combination treatment,which dispels evil and supports the healthy qi and the clinical effect is remarkable.
