目的:提炼中医药治疗抑郁症的备选新方及药物。方法:检索CBM、CNKI、VIP、Wanfang等国内中文数据库中医药治疗抑郁症的内服方药,运用中医传承辅助系统(V2.0)软件进行逐一录入并进行数据处理,对筛选出治疗抑郁症的方剂进行用药频次、药物组合及备选新方等分析。结果:筛选出符合要求的116首治疗抑郁症的处方,确定了处方中药物出现的频次、2味新方核心药物与2首备选新方。结论:治疗抑郁症应以疏肝解郁、健脾养心为主要治法,所获备选处方主要适用于治疗肝气郁结型与肝郁脾虚型抑郁症,其具体疗效仍需经临床实践加以验证。

Objective:To find out new traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) alternative formulas and herbs for depression. Methods:Chinese Databases like CBM,CNKI,VIP,Wanfang were searched to determine TCM formulas and herbs for depression. All the data were inputted into TCM Inheritance Support System(TCMISS)(2.0) and analyzed. The selected formulas were analyzed to determine the frequency and combination of herbs,and the new formulas were determined. Results:There were 116 formulas for depression selected,and the frequency of herbs was determined. There were 2 core herbs of the formulas and 2 new alternative formulas. Conclusion:Regulating liver Qi and relieving depression,strengthening spleen and nourishing the heart were the major therapeutic method. The determined new alternative formulas were mainly for depression of liver Qi stagnation,liver depression and spleen deficiency type,but the efficacy needs to be verified by clinical practice.
