西医将阿尔茨海默病(AD)分为初期、中期、末期,中医根据其临床表现辨证为初期是肝肾亏虚、髓海不足,治以补肾养髓;中期为痰浊阻窍、气滞血瘀,治以豁痰开窍、行气活血;末期为脾肾两虚,治以补肾健脾、益气生精。
Abstract：Alzheimer's disease(AD) is divided into early,middle,end stages in western medicine.According to their clinical manifestations of traditional Chinese medicine,it was thought that deficiency of liver and kidney,inadequate of medullary sea,and treated by benefiting kidney and filling marrow in the early stages.Phlegm obstructing the clear orifices,Qi stagnation and blood stasis,and treated by eliminating phlegm for resuscitation,promoting Qi and active blood in the middle stages.Deficiency of the spleen and kidney,and treated by tonifying kidney and spleen,enriching Qi and promoting essence in the end stages.
