中医学对痹病的认识历史悠久,历代医家根据其所处时代的环境特点,对痹病的病因病机进行了不同论述,使得中医学对于痹病的论治日趋完善。文章通过梳理历代气候环境和社会环境对痹病病机演变的影响,探讨气候变化、季节交替、温度、湿度、日照、饮食、情绪压力等因素在痹病发生发展中的作用,厘清痹病理论的发展脉络,凸显不同气候与社会环境下痹病辨证论治的特点,为当代环境下痹病的防治提供理论依据。参考文献65篇。
Abstract:The understanding of Bi disease in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has a long history.Throughout history,medical experts have offered varying interpretations of the etiology and pathogenesis of Bi disease based on the characteristics of the environmental conditions of their respective eras,which has led to the gradual improvement of the treatment of Bi disease in TCM. By systematically analyzing the impacts of climate and social environments across different historical periods on the evolution of the pathogenesis of Bi disease,this article delves into the roles of factors such as climate change,seasonal alternation,temperature,humidity,sunshine,diet,and emotional stress in the occurrence and development of Bi disease. It elucidates the development context of the theory of Bi disease,emphasizes the characteristics of syndrome differentiation and treatment of Bi disease under different climate and social environments,and offers a theoretical foundation for the prevention and treatment of Bi disease in the contemporary environment.
