从《金匮》肾气丸的配伍规律及用药特点入手,辨析其功效。肾气丸组方秉承《内经》"少火生气"之旨,以补阴为主,少加补火之品,以平补肾气,而非温补肾阳;配伍"三泻",使补中有泻,寓泻于补,补不恋邪,泻不伤阴,共奏补肾气、利小便之功。
Abstract：This article differentiates and analyzes effectiveness of kidney-qi pill based on regularity of compatibility and medication characteristics. Kidney-qi pill follows the principle of "mild fire promoting qi" in Huangdi's Internal Classic. It's mainly on nourishing Yin,also supplemented with reinforcing fire,to mild tonifying kidney-qi,without warming the kidney-yang. Compatibility tri-reducing,made this bolus has the reducing in reinforcing method,purging kidney-qi but not injury Yin. The whole formula could tonifying kidney-qi and promote diuresis.
