目的:分析总结现代针灸治疗卵巢早衰临床文献的腧穴选用规律。方法:检索PubMed、中国知网(CNKI)、维普数据库和万方数据库建库至2017年5月间符合针灸治疗为主或其他疗法配合针灸治疗卵巢早衰的相关文献,梳理后纳入文献47篇,总结其选穴规律。结果:发现关元、肾俞、三阴交、中极和足三里为最常用腧穴;足太阳膀胱经、任脉、足太阴脾经、足阳明胃经和足少阴肾经是选用较集中的经脉;胸腹部、下肢部和腰背部是选取腧穴较集中的部位;交会穴、募穴、背俞穴和五输穴是选用较多的特定穴类别。结论:现代针灸治疗卵巢早衰的选穴规律为循经、分部、辨证取穴,并以特定穴为主。
Abstract：Objective:To analyze the acupoint selection law in the modern acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of premature ovarian failure(POF) based on the clinical literatures. Methods:Researches of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for POF or acupuncture and moxbustion treatment assisted with other treatment were retrieved from PubMed,CNKI,VIP and Wanfang databases from the inception to May 2017.A total of 47 research papers were selected to analyze the acupoint selection law for the treatment of POF.Results:The most common acupoints included Guanyuan(CV4),Shenshu(BL23),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Zhongji(CV3) and Zusanli(ST36). The meridians with more acupoints for treatment mainly included bladder meridian of foot greater yang,conception vessel,spleen meridian of foot greater yin,the stomach channel of foot yang brightness and the kidney channel of foot lesser yin. These acupoints mainly distributed in the chest and abdomen,lower limb and back and waist. The specific acupoints usally applied were the crossing points,front-mu points,back-shu points and five-shu points. Conclusion:Meridian selection,division selection,syndrome differentiation selection and specific acupoint selection were the acupoints selection law in the modern acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of POF.
