以《黄帝内经》神志理论为起始,论述了神在抑郁症发病过程中的必要性。以《黄帝内经》重阳思想为突破点,结合古代医家"阳主阴从"理论,论述阳气对人体生命活动的重要调节作用,以及阳气与神的相通性。基于抑郁症临床表现及神与阳气的相关性,将抑郁症的发病部位集中在心(脑)、肝、脾(胃)、肾;并通过这些脏腑与神的相关性,论述抑郁症的发病病机。
Abstract:Based on the spirit and mind theory in Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic,the importance of spirit in the disease process of depression was discussed. In Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic,yangqi is emphasized. Based on this theory,and in combination with the theory that yang governs and yin follows,proposed by ancient scholars,yangqi playing a key role in regulating the life activities of human body,and the relationship between yangqi and spirit were discussed. According to the clinical manifestation of depression and the correlation between spirit and yangqi,the location of depression should involve heart(brain),liver,spleen(stomach) and kidney. Based on the correlation between the zang-fu organs and spirit,the mechanism underlying the disease occurrence of depression was discussed.
