马云枝教授认为帕金森病的病因病机与虚、瘀、毒密切相关，肝肾虚损为发病之端，久虚致瘀为病情虚实互结之本，瘀久化毒乃疾病难解之根。临床可根据患者的不同表现，分期辨治。早期病在筋脉，以气虚少动为主，治疗应采用滋补肝肾、息风通络法，处方选六味地黄汤或知柏地黄汤加减。中期病在四肢，以肢体颤动多见，治疗应采用化瘀通络、活血止颤法，处方可选血府逐瘀汤。晚期病在五脏，以元气虚损为要，治疗应采用化瘀扶正、解毒除颤法，方选独活寄生汤合四君子汤加味。

Professor MA Yunzhi believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease are closely related to deficiency,blood stasis,and toxin. Deficiency of liver and kidney is the starting point of the disease,prolonged deficiency leading to blood stasis is the basis of the mixed deficiency and excess conditions,and long-standing blood stasis turning into toxin is the root of the disease's difficulty to resolve.Clinical treatment can be divided into stages accord-ing to the different manifestations of the patients. In the early stage,the disease is in the tendons and channels,mainly characterized by qi deficiency and less movement,and the treatment should be based on the methods of nourishing the liver and kidney,and calming wind and dredging the collater-als,choosing modified Liuwei Dihuang Decoction（六味地黄汤） or Zhibai Dihuang Decoction（知柏地黄汤）. In the middle stage,the disease affects the limbs,mainly presenting with limb tremors,and the treatment should be based on the methods of resolving blood stasis to dredge collaterals,and promoting blood circulation to stop tremors,choosing Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction（血 府 逐 瘀 汤）. In the late stage,the disease affects the five zang organs,mainly characterized by damage to the primordial qi,and the treatment should be based on the methods of removing blood stasis and strengthening healthy qi,and detoxifying and removing tremors,choosing Duhuo Jisheng Decoction（独活寄生汤） combined with Sijunzi Decoction（四君子汤）.
