通过文献研究法挖掘陈莲舫先生对淋证的立法施药经验。归纳整理分析可以发现,陈莲舫先生对于淋证的治疗大法分为4类,即清法、分泄法、和养法和升降法。其中清法又可分为清解法、清降法、清养法和清泄摄补法4种,分泄法包括分解法和分降法。陈莲舫先生对于淋证的诊治师古而不泥古,随证立法施药,每于平常处见神奇;用药贵乎守衡,醇和而无偏;燮理阴阳,升降相宜;泄中有敛,补中有通。

Through literature review,the experience of Master CHEN Lianfang on treating strangury was studied. Based on the summarization and analysis,it was found there were 4 major methods by Maser Chen Lianfang for treating strangury,that was,clearing,separating and dispersing,harmonizing and nourishing,ascending and descending. And the clearing method could be further divided into 4 categories,clearing and resolving,clearing and descending,clearing and nourishing,clearing and tonifying,while the separating and dispersing methods could be divided into separating and resolving,and separating and descending method. In the treatment of strangury,Master CHEN Lianfang followed the principles of the ancient doctrine and further developed it. He prescribed the medicinals based on the patterns,and the effect was amazing even though the prescription was a common one. Also he emphasized the importance of balance,harmonization without partiality. In the treatment of turbid strangury,he regulated yin and yang,balanced ascending and descending,dispersed with astringency,and tonified with unblocking.
